What is included in my rental payments?

Everything in relation to the vehicle so the servicing, tyres, vehicle licensing, 2 X Mots per year and any other maintenance. Only damage caused by you is chargeable additionally.

What do I need to hire a vehicle?

£300 deposit and 1 weeks advance rental.

Documents:

  1. Driving License.
  2. PCO Paper license.
  3. National Insurance Number.
  4. 2 X Proofs of address dated in last 3 months ( Bank Statement, utility bill etc).
  5. Passport Copy.
Do you have a mileage restriction?

We offer a very high mileage allowance of 1,000 miles per week or 4,000 miles per month. This is an average for your total hire period, so if you have a 3 month contract you have 12,000 miles for this period.

Do you offer cars without insurance?

We only provide cars with our own Fully comprehensive insurance.

How do I make payment?

We recommend all customers to set up Direct Debit / Standing order payments, but if you wish, you can make bank transfers or cash payments. As long as payment is received by 12PM (Midday) on your due rent day.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is £300 on 5 seater vehicles or £400 on 7 seater vehicles.

How much do I have to pay if I have an accident?

If the accident is not your fault, there is no charge. However, if it is your fault the insurance excess is £1,200.

How long before my deposit is returned?

If you pay your deposit in cash, your deposit is returned at the same time you return the hire vehicle.

How much do I have to pay to get started?

You need 1 weeks rent advance plus the deposit.
